Lunch can be tricky for some especially when they are having to carry it with them to a work or school location. It can also be the meal that can sabotage your health and weight management efforts if you are eating out every day. I have a great list here for some lunch options that are packable and can also be made in advance. For salads, I would prepare each individual ingredient and then put it together in the morning bringing the dressing in a separate container. I have no problem eating the same lunch several days in a row so make extra and save yourself some time!!!
