Ingredients
- 4 C green cabbage shredded
- 2 C red cabbage shredded
- 2 C Tuscan Kale shredded
- 1 C brussels sprouts shredded
- ½ C carrots shredded
- ½ C parsely chopped
- 1 C toasted pistachios
The Dressing
- ⅔ C mayo
- 2 T apple cider vinegar
- 3 T raw honey
- ¼ tsp ground ginger
- ½ tsp ground turmeric
- salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Mix together all the chopped veggies.
- Whisk together all the dressing ingredients and pour over top. Mix well!
- Toast the pistachios on medium heat until fragrant, use a spatula to keep them moving.
- Add the nuts, give your slaw one last mix, season with a little more salt and pepper and enjoy!
