toasted pistachios
The Dressing
⅔
C
mayo

apple cider vinegar

raw honey

ground ginger

ground turmeric
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Mix together all the chopped veggies.
Whisk together all the dressing ingredients and pour over top. Mix well!
Toast the pistachios on medium heat until fragrant, use a spatula to keep them moving.
Add the nuts, give your slaw one last mix, season with a little more salt and pepper and enjoy!
