- 1 tsp maca powder
- 1 T flax seeds or chia seeds
- 2 T raw cashews

- 1 tsp barley green powder
- 1 tsp reishi mushroom powder

- Place all ingredients in an upright blender and blend until smooth adding any extra liquid to get the consistency that you desire.
