My Stocked Freezer

This was an interesting list to make because I have never taken a moment to really document what I stock in my freezer. It is my storage space for meats that I purchase in bulk from local farms, summer vegetables that I freeze for use in the winter and also all of my homemade stocks that I use for soups.

I am not much on prepared foods except foods I prepare myself so, besides a few frozen pizzas for my son and some cauliflower rice, the rest of the space is for leftovers (I do lots of batch cooking so making extra is something I do on a regular basis). Now, There will be no pictures of my freezer because it really looks a mess. That is on my list of things to do but didn’t get done in time for this post. Also, I want to clarify that I have 3 freezers which gives me plenty of space to stock meat for the long term. You probably won’t have as much in yours unless you are like me; a freezer pack rat!!
