Ingredients
- 2 Tbs balsamic vineagar
- 2 Tbs extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp goji berries
- 1 tsp maca powder
- 1/2 tsp flax seeds
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- freshly ground pepper
- 1 Tbs water if needed for consistency

Instructions
- Place all ingredients in the food processor (except olive oil).
- As food processor is going add the olive oil in a slow steady stream and blend until well mixed. Can add a little water if the dressing is too thick.
- Will hold up for a week in the fridge.
