- 2 C garbanzo beans canned
- ⅓ C Tahini
- ¼ C olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic
- juice of one lemon
- ¼ C sundried tomatoes packed in olive oil
- ½ C fresh basil
- ½ tsp sea salt

Instructions
- Place beans, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, sundried tomatoes, basil and salt in food processor or blender.
- Pulse for a few seconds then start slowly streaming olive oil in as needed to make a smooth, creamy hummus.
- That’s it! Very simple. Try some different variations on your own and be creative!! A little drizzle of olive oil and some chopped herbs or lemon zest can really jazz it up. Enjoy!
