Ingredients
- 4 large avocados
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes chopped
- 3 whole green onions finely chopped
- 1 handful cilantro leaves chopped
- 1 whole jalapeno (or any other pepper you would like) (optional)
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp crushed dried chili de arbol (optional)
- 1 1/2 whole juice of limes

Instructions
- Using a potato masher, mash avocados in a medium bowl.
- Add chopped tomatoes, green onions, cilantro, jalapeno, salt, cumin, and dried chilis. Mix together and taste to make sure the seasoning is to your tasting.
- Squeeze limes over top of guacamole and stir.
Recipe Notes
Storage tip: Lay a piece of plastic wrap directly on top of the surface of the guacamole leaving no air pockets. Place a lid on the container and refrigerate. The plastic wrap will keep the guacamole from browning on the top.
