can of artichoke hearts
drained

Goat cheese, chevre

olive oil

lemon juice

lemon zest

shallot
minced

garlic clove
minced

Cup
Parmesan Reggiano
grated

parsley

Chives

Instructions
In a food processor, mix all ingredients except the parmesan until well incorporated and creamy.
Top with freshly grated Parmesan.
Bake in a 350 oven until bubbly and cheese is golden on top.
Serve alongside some toasted crostini or crackers.
