Healthy Thanksgiving Recipes

I made this page to link all my recipes I think would make fantastic additions to your Thanksgiving table! Sometimes I will swap traditional Thanksgiving side out for one of my versions. I also like to make some extra sides I know will fit with the nutritional guidelines I try and stick to. It is always nice to have more options!

These are all comforting and delicious side dishes and you will not be missing a thing at all.

Green Bean Casserole:

This one is my take on the original casserole. It is so flavorful and delicious, I think its much better than traditional green bean casserole.

Roasted Onions:

These are really simple and rustic and packed with flavor, they would taste great with turkey!

Butternut Squash Soup:

Soup is actually a great little side! It can fit in a bowl to make more room on your plate for other things! Butternut squash soup is so perfect for this time of year!

Bacon, Caramelized Onion & Toasted Pecan Fall Salad:

I added this recipe to the website recently and it is one of the best salads I have ever made. Everyone will rave about it!

Crispy Skillet Smashed Potatoes:

These are a great substitution for traditional mashed potatoes that are filled with tons of butter and milk. These are a bit of a lighter option but still delicious!!

Apple Crisp:

The perfect dessert for Thanksgiving day. I love to make this and know that I have a dessert option that is lower in sugar and won’t make me feel terrible the next day! Everyone loves it too!
