Disordered eating can take different forms and many people struggle to find a rhythm that is sustainable in the long term. I help my clients see the areas of their lives that are feeding into disordered eating. We talk about how to nourish the body as well as how to nourish the whole person. I come alongside my clients to help them achieve balanced eating that still allows for celebrating life but also fuels their body.
